LIQUID WAR
A conflict that is worth fighting for
Forsake the bodycounts and the gore
Our order's numbers grow more and more
It's time to wage a liquid war.
~
Pacificism and satyagraha have their place
But when it's time to leave of evil: no trace
And equally pointless are the flower and mace
A liquid war will spit in the devil's face.
~
Surround, envelop, and bring within
Someone else will follow where e'er you been
Forget who's holy and those who Sin
A liquid war makes angels grin.
~
No weapons, armor, or logistics needed
No ammo stocks or fuel depleted
Our cause is spread where the spirit is breeded
Liquid war touches all, and cleanses the fetid.
~
Every man, woman and child can come
Every person can do their part to the greater sum,
From your closest chum to the lowliest bum,
A liquid war burns like rum.
~
New moon shines bright over us
While warriors fulfill their battle lust
And peacemongers spread love and trust
A liquid war does what it must.
~
The news is spread while we're in bed
From mouth to mouth our message said
And by the stars our minions led
A liquid war leaves no dead.
~
So who's to say, while we're away
That children of war don't know no play?
This battle is hope's last ray,
For liquid wars bear children fey.
~
And while the sea is black and calm,
A preacher reads a joyful psalm,
To tell us we're all in God's palm
A liquid war needs no bomb.
~
So when we come back from war,
Won't need to ask what we fought for,
Because we have waged a liquid war.
