And when I walk in the darkness, who shall retrieve me?
Anchored in light I stand in the face of the abyss.
And though I enter the chasm of nothingness I shall fear not the unknown.
For those who dwell in darkness are always well concealed.
And there is no knowing what the darkness will hold.
This is it's power over us.
But to stare into the darkness,
And let our own light within us be our guide.
Is to expose the darkness.
And show everything within it.
Like a great scourging.
Healing and hurting.
Joy and pain.
Turning out secrets and uncovering truth.
Most people do not want to be discovered.
But when all is known it is clear:
No man is entirely evil.
